Make the Grape Base
Muddle ¾ of the fresh grapes in a shaker or large glass to extract juice. Add the brewed chilled green tea or jasmine tea, honey or sugar syrup, and a handful of ice cubes. Shake or stir well to combine. Strain into a tall glass, leaving room for the cheese foam topping. Add a few whole grapes into the glass for extra texture. -
Prepare the Cheese Foam
In a mixing bowl, whisk softened cream cheese, milk, sugar, and salt together until smooth. Separately whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it becomes light and airy. Add cream cheese powder if you want a thicker foam. -
Assemble the Drink
Pour the grape tea base into your serving glass. Spoon a thick layer of the cheese foam gently on top of the tea. Optional: Garnish with halved grapes or a sprinkle of matcha powder for a beautiful finish.
